Shame me again but Records update #31 is finally here. Venezuela and Belarus are new countries and Portuguese got own lists. ciph and Cloud went under 40 minutes and I added one new rule totimes submitting: rename your state.dat to nick.dat where nick is your nick. Examples: abula.dat, karlis.dat, chris penrose.dat (so don't use capitals). This will save some time and I may update faster in the future.
