NEW RULES IN WCUP 2000! From now on, if you don't tell your time in the mail, you get punished with ˝ secs. Also, if you don't ZIP/RAR/ACE your replay, a ˝ secs punishment is waiting... You are not either allowed to just wait to get worse time, in case that is detected, you'll be disqualifed. And, from now on the replays must also be sent an hour earlier than before, now the time is 2 p.m. EET!
