* Elma works in Windows via Steam (and natively)
* Elma works in Linux via Steam (when Proton is enabled) (and via Wine?)
* Elma works NOT in MacOS via Steam (and maybe via Wine + Wineskin)

Linux via Wine - yes.
MacOS (at least on older versions) via Wine + Wine skin) - yes.
