Multi language support at 20:45 UTC by Abula

I made a page for non-English languages (flags on left side). It offers some basic info and the most important links in different languages. We will add more languages when we get somenice fellow guys to help in translation. Swedish, Spanish, French, Russian, Czech and Hungarian are requested at least. If you know the language well, email me or contact in IRC.
